Perfectly Pink Powdered Sugar

Makes: 450 grams

Perfectly Pink Powdered Sugar is made from 2 ingredients, powdered sugar, and pink pitaya powder.

Pink pitaya powder is flavorless but gives the powdered sugar such a lovely and natural pink color.

I use pink powdered sugar often when I make cream-based frostings or sugar glaze and want a natural and beautiful pink color that is at times difficult to achieve with food coloring.

Or sprinkle pink powdered sugar over a warm vanilla cake, for a lovely pink and cakey dream.

Search the app for,  → whipped yogurt frosting → or Perfectly whipped cream or → strawberry lemon cheesecake, or →moist chocolate cupcake & whipped mascarpone or juicy strawberry – lemon cake bites to see how I use this perfectly pink powdered sugar.
