DO NOT let the other Americans fool you! Manuela’s instructions are impeccable, precise, and easy to follow. I have never read more thorough instructions. This app is very detailed and great for those who truly want to perfect their baking skills! I had originally been upset thinking I was being charged multiple times for this app, but I was mistaken as my partner had purchased something the same time and I had thought the app was a scam. The response from the developer reminded me that I had left the review and was able to log in and correct it. Not often do developers care enough to engage with their audience, and I am highly impressed!

am painfully aware of how inconsistent imperial measurements are compared to grams. Also, as an American, I understand how stubborn, persistent and bullheaded other Americans can be when presented with facts. And the fact of the matter is that grams are superior to imperial measurements when it comes to baking. Period. I don’t understand all the whining I see in the reviews about converting measurements. Scales are not expensive nor are they difficult to use. Baking is about precision and Manuela’s recipes are that & so much more.
